association is managed and guided by the Office of Student Affairs, with the department chair serving as the advisor and directly interacting with the student association:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support for Student Activities:<\/strong> When support from the department is needed for activities, the student association can consult with the department office at any time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regulations for Off-Campus Activities:<\/strong> For off-campus activities organized by the student association, approval from the department chair is required, and the chair or an assigned full-time faculty member must provide guidance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation in Departmental Meetings:<\/strong> The president of the student association serves as the representative at departmental meetings, responsible for reporting the latest activity updates to the faculty and promoting interaction between students and faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i class=\"fa
