Please submit the required documents to B1013. You will also be asked to fill the questionnaire for scholarship interview time on site.
*IB Dept. will inform the time for schoarship interview via email.
Required Documents:

2. Transcript of last semester(Original copy)
3. Statement of Purpose in 500 words or Explanation of why you need financial aid
4. Consent(As attachment)
Recipients of the scholarship should attend the scholarship ceremony and assist dept. office of IB for 40 hours.
Please find the scholarship guidelines, application form and consent of service learning attached.
The “Mentor’s Recommendation” section on the application form must be signed by your mentor. Please refer to the attached list for the mentor of each class.
*First-year students are not eligible to apply because they do not yet have academic records.
